From Diagnosis
to Community
In 2013, I was diagnosed with celiac disease — at a time when almost nobody knew what that meant. I had to relearn everything: how to cook, how to shop, how to read a label, how to live.
"What I found was fear and misinformation. What I chose to build instead was a community — a movement born from people who refuse to let a diagnosis define what they can enjoy."
I created recipes, reviewed products, and launched a line of certified artisan gluten-free sauces loved by thousands across Latin America. Then life brought me to Miami — and a new community that deserves the same: beautiful food, no compromises, no fear.
